The Sustainable Living Fair, the 2010 event in the Sustainable San Juans annual series, will feature great music from island musicians, engaging speakers, land and sea field trips and displays by local organizations and businesses committed to creating a more environmentally and economically sustainable San Juan Islands. Enjoy a springtime weekend on Orcas Island while learning about ideas and lifestyle practices to take home to your own community and friends.
The Sustainable Living Fair will share the Village Green with the first Orcas Farmer's Market of the season. Lunch choices are guaranteed to be healthy, fresh and island-grown delicious! Come for one day or both, the fair on Saturday and the field trips on Sunday. Highlights of the weekend will include the presentation of the 2010 Good Steward Awards. More details will be announced as they are confirmed.
